Ingrown hair is a condition that occurs when a hair grown back or sideways into the skin and gets trapped. Even though they seem to occur more in people with curly hairs, ingrown hair can affect anyone. Ingrown hair often appear after the removal of hair either by shaving or waxing and can cause redness, swelling, and sometimes be accompanied by folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicle) or razor bumps. Sometimes, a small dark spot ( the underlying hair) can be seen under the bump.
Treatment of ingrown hair includes :

- topical antibiotics;

- electrolysis
An easy way to get rid of ingrown hairs is by patience. By not removing your hair for a few days or a few weeks will allow you hair to come out.
