Review of the Panasonic Pro Curve Triple Blade ES7103K

Panasonic ES7103K Pro-Curve Wet Dry Triple Head Shaver
This is a review of the Panasonic ES7103K Pro-Curve Wet/Dry Triple Head Shaver. In the past, I’ve used the Braun Shavers. I have actually been using Braun electric shavers for almost a decade, but I love Panasonic products (TVs, cameras, DVD players, etc.), so after my last Braun shaver stopped working, I decided to give Panasonic shavers a try.

I purchased my first Panasonic electric shaver from Amazon.com. The shaver was shipped quickly and after 4-5 days I received the shaver nicely packaged. I got the shaver for a great deal as it was 25% off on the day of my purchase.

Features

The Panasonic ES7103K Pro-Curve is both a wet and dry shaver, so you can use it dry, or under the shaver or dip in the hot water with or without shaving cream. One particular thing about this shaver (and many other high end Panasonic razors) is that it has what Panasonic calls “the sharpest blades”, which basically means the shaver can cut hairs as low as 30 degrees angle, while most shavers have to be used at a 45 to 90 degrees angle. This is a great feature because on some parts of your face or neck, the hair doesn’t grow straight out, and they are tougher to get because they are at a lower angle. The Panasonic ES7103K also has a pivoting head, to reach those hairs even easier.

The shaver comes with a travel bag and a charger unit (not a standing one unfortunately!).

What the shaver looks like

One cool thing about the shaver is that it has a nice LED screen that indicated what the power reserve since the electric shaver is rechargeable. At the back of the shaver is the little pop-up trimmer bar. The shaver has a swivelling head and three blades with two foil cutters to shave your fine hair and a third one to trim longer hair. The shaver is very easy to clean. The Panasonic ES7103K has a motor that runs at 10,000 RPM (Braun runs at 7,000-8,000 RPM).

After my first shave, I have to say that the Panasonic ES7103K shaves fantastically well, and did an amazing job on my neck, which always has the hardest spots to cut. Some of the nice things are the both the foils and the head swivel and seem to follow very well the contours of the face. My first impressions are totally positive and I really like my new shaver.

So overall, a great shaver that really impresses, at a very affordable cost.
